Coz most of F2P light spends can sqeez only 2 heroes with DB over 2030 speed + Jahra with Ruyi is pretty easy. If you have whole team over 2030 speed, you have much better chance to cc with Jahra. You need at least 3 heroes above 2030 Speed. 2x DB on such heroes and 3rd has to be Jahra wirh Ruyi to try cc holmes before their turn.
